email change

hi all... havnt been here in several months and for the last 30 min i have been trying to figure out how to change my email address  needless to say im ready to pull my hair out... can anyone help me?

There area above, where it says Forums, state, and the last one says email change, that doesn't work?  If that isn't it I will go and look for you.  You might also try under my oh and then your profile.
